(CCM) is owned and operated by business partners Marc Bethel and Matt Fitzherbert in Virginia Beach, VA. The marketing firm caters to small-midsize businesses offering them big league creative and interactive solutions at side street prices. Deciding to focus on small, locally owned businesses was an easy decision, and fits handily into the niche that CCM has carved. We think it’s rewarding to help our clients’ ideas grow into real success stories. CCM has a mission to offer Web Design, SEO and Traditional Marketing at an affordable price, with customer service as our main focus.

Matt Fitzherbert
He has studied at Atlanta’s Westwood College for Visual Communication and in addition to owning his own graphics company, has designed tons of great logos, typefaces and presentations for various businesses around the globe. He is always looking for a better way to improve our marketing creative and has a great attitude.

Marc Bethel
A native to Hampton Roads, Marc grew up on the Virginia peninsula. He is a graduate of Radford University and holds a degree in Media Studies with a concentration in Advertising and a minor in Marketing. Prior to starting CCM, Marc has worked as a Copywriter, Traffic Manager and Advertising Director on accounts such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Popeyes Chicken, Troy University, Towne Bank, Window World, Briggs & Stratton, Safeway, Food Lion and more. He has made a name for himself being able to fully immerse himself in each project, giving special attention to detail, scheduling and branding. When Marc’s not “being creative” he enjoys playing ice hockey, traveling, music, comedy and spending time with his wife, and their daughter, dog and cat.

Josh Luke
Josh grew up in Phoenix Arizona where he completed his Bachelors Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, focusing on Psychology & Marketing at Arizona State University in 2016. From there he went headfirst into the world of online marketing by working for a national webhosting company, and then continued to fine tune his SEO expertise while working for another online marketing company that focused on Doctors and Chiropractors. He moved to Norfolk, Virginia in 2022 with his wife, 4 dogs, cat and 2 geckos and has enjoyed every moment of his new surroundings. Known for his patience, listening skills and hard work ethic his customers know that when they contact him, the job will get done! When he is not creative at work Josh enjoys being creative by, playing music, drawing, skateboarding, or enjoying nature.
