CCM is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to lead sales initiatives and grow our customer base. CCM is a locally-based custom web design firm and marketing company specializing in the design and management of top-notch websites for small to medium size businesses, services and organizations. This is a flexible PT/FT position, ideal for someone who knows the web and wants to earn money quickly. Must be a highly motivated people-person with great networking skills and reliable transportation. We will train you on our products and services. CCM is unique because we offer custom design sites at unmatched prices to our clients. We do not sell stale, simple, template sites… We build sites for our clients based on their specific needs and wants. Earn up to $500 for each web design package you sell, and never less than $100 per site. Commissions are based on our custom design packages.  Pad your earnings with commissions from sales of our other services such as social media, print work, marketing and more.

Social Media Administrator: Commonwealth Creative Marketing

Are you a Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin expert?  Do you have the ability to reach an extensive network of followers, while growing a following online for businesses?  CCM is looking for social media administrators to manage the social media campaigns of our clients.  The reality is that anyone who runs their own business should be the ones managing their own Facebook and Twitter accounts, because, let’s face it.. no one on knows their business as well as they do.  However…  many businesses simply do not have the time, employees, or desire to learn this important skill.  So, we offer to manage the social media presence for some of our clients.  We are looking for someone who can fully learn and understand a business or multiple businesses including their target geographical markets, target demographics, market trends, products, keywords and more and act as a voice for our clients.  Each day you will research growing trends, post on social media, engage with potential and existing followers on Facebook, Twitter and/or other social media, with a goal of increasing followers, and establishing a consistent presence and branding message.  Direct weekly contact with the client and with CCM is required and needed to be successful.  This job can be done from home, with only the occasional marketing meeting required.  Pay is by the job on a monthly basis.  If you are successful, you may take on as many as 10 clients.  The average client’s social media management requires roughly 30 minutes of research and social networking each day as well as logging on as the client to post and engage at least 2-3 times daily. Web-Design Intern

CCM is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to assist our design firm with various HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, JAVA and Flash coding projects and design. CCM is a Hampton Roads locally-based custom web design firm and marketing company specializing in the design and management of top-notch websites for small to medium size businesses, services and organizations. This is a flexible PT/FT position, ideal for a college student or recent grad who knows the web and wants to earn both experience and college credits while being paid. Must be a highly motivated designer with reliable transportation. You will do much work from home, but occasionally be required to meet us in either the Hampton Roads or Richmond areas for meetings. Content Providers – Copywriters
